Fully accessible yoga practice
Healix yoga's Emily Wiadro will lead a gentle and fully accessible yoga practice in chairs. We'll gather in sacred circle within the indoor arena where therapeutically trained horses generously share their space with us. Susan Manning will facilitate the horses as they, too, experience our yoga practice. There are full size horses, as well as mini horses, as seen above. Likely, 3-5 horses will be in the space while we practice.
Our practice will include simple poses and breathing practices. We'll play with some toning of our voices and a guided meditative journey. All experienced from the comfort of your seat...
Equine Therapy
Susan Manning has a BA in Special Education and is an EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association) certified Equine Specialist. Susan is the owner of Stage Road Farm.
