This uniquely curated integrative wellness program includes:

Each  of the six 90-minute group session at Stage Road Farm, specific to individual chakras (energy centers from the base of our spine to the crown of the head) which relate to our physical and emotional experience includes: 

• 30 minutes just being present with the horses as you arrive and transition into the serene space
• 30 minute chair yoga practice in the shady wooded area accessible to the horses, as well. 
• a break for snack 
• a  15 minute guided meditation which includes healing and balancing intentions for the specific theme that week.  
• doTERRA pure essential oil aromatherapy blends, supportive for each chakra theme, are integrated into our practice. These samples will be yours to keep and use all week as you enjoy the lasting benefits of our practice together

But wait, there's MORE!

• Six on demand videos are included in the program.  
• Each 75-minute video includes the material of the chakra theme, chair yoga, and guided meditation  associated with the theme.  This way, you won't have to worry if you cannot make one of the live sessions.
• Finally, you will receive a uniquely curated journal for purpose of accompanying you and assisting the integration of this 6 week program.  The journal includes information for each chakra, reflective prompts for each week, and other pages with simple questions and activities for your own self reflection, if you choose to engage.  This journal is for your personal benefit, is not expected as homework, and will not be shared.
