This fusion yoga practice offers access for all bodies to activate, release, and restore for optimal well being in body, mind and spirit. Our time will be spent exploring multiple modalities including chanting, mudra, asana, free flow movement, deep stretching, and restorative poses inviting a rebalancing of your nervous system. You will enjoy a 10 minute full restorative sivasana at the end of each practice and arise with more energy and enthusiasm for your day ahead.

Join me for this fully accessible re-set. In 45 minutes, we will explore a simple sequence including stretches, twists, supported inversion and hip opener while remaining safely and comfortably on our backs. A block, pillow and blanket are recommended.

This moderate Vinyasa practice is designed for all students interested in expanding their wings. Regardless of your previous experience, you will find this class both challenging and nurturing. Emily’s love of movement and choreography flows in her creative approach to sequencing from start to finish. She may employ a drum during cat-cows and invite impovisational movement toward a standing foward fold. Salutations are varied. The standing sequences include moments of simplicity, as well as twists and turns that will keep your mind present in the practice. We play with expansion and contraction, as we explore equal and opposite lines of energy throughout the body. This is a wholistic practice of integrating body, mind, and spirit, accessible to ALL who desire more freedom to fly!

Join us for this opportunity to connect in safe, sacred circle in reflective conversation based on a theme which Emily leads and all participants have a chance to share. We meet every 2 weeks and all are welcome. As the weather warms, we will meet in person outside. Reach out to me to get on the Sangha Time email list to be appraised of these in person sessions.
Join Emily for some live, interactive human connection, a little chat about what is arising in our present field of experience, and a heart centered, guided meditation with meaningful intention, imagery, attention to the chakras, and plenty of silence for deepening the meditative exploration.

Here, you will experience a ground-based (no standing poses) series of gentle movements that help create space in the body/mind.
This easy practice can be done from your mat, a chair, or even your bed, if you prefer! Walter guides the group through a series of heart opening invitations, blessings, sound baths, and soothing visualizations. You will experience a new level of relaxation and ease. Walter brings his cheesy sense of humor along with his brilliant creativity into this weekly offering.
