- 60 minute session
- Receive guided practice curated to your specific focus.
- Session will include appropriate yoga poses, focus on breathing, and a restorative guided meditation to finish.
A simplified, individualized, integrative yoga practice that offers plenty of detail on poses and appropriate individual modifications. You will receive a personalized wellness prescription to perfectly serve your path to optimal well-being to bring home for easy reference.
Yoga Nidra - $60
- 45 minute session
- First 15 minutes will include a brief theory and explanation of the benefits of meditation.
- This Yoga Nidra practice is highly beneficial for reseting the nervous system.
The bulk of the session is a guided meditation designed specifically for your individual intention and includes deeply grounding and healing imagery to focus your attention and breath. You will be guided into a comfortable, supine position to rest comfortably during the guided meditation.
